  • There is no fee to register.
  • Only State Chapters are considered “members” of the USBLN; however, local or regional chapters within a state will be listed on the USBLN web site (as registered).
  • Anyone affiliated with a BLN Chapter should register as listed below in order to receive USBLN information.
  • Individuals who are not affiliated with a BLN Chapter are welcome to register to receive USBLN mailing updates. (Register as Mailing List)

You must register in one of the following categories as appropriate:

  • State Chapter Designated Representative (Lead Employer, Chair or Executive Director) (voting member)
  • Local/Regional Chapter Designated Representative (Lead Employer, Chair or Executive Director)
  • Employer (* as defined in USBLN By Laws) Chapter Member other than above
  • Staff to BLN Chapter
  • Service Provider or Government Chapter Member
  • Mailing List (check only if not affiliated with a BLN Chapter)
