Beth Butler, Vice Chair of the USBLN® and the Disability and Accommodation Consultant for Wachovia Corporation will share her insights on cultivating an inclusive workplace for people with disabilities. Through collaborative partnerships with both internal and external partners, the disability work stretches beyond the Office of Diversity, positively impacting eCommerce, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Employee Relations and Corporate Real Estate.
