As the coordinator for the Rising Leadership Academy and the Rising Leaders Mentoring Program, Lynn is responsible for matching, as well as assisting with Academy attendees and coordinating interviews. She serves students and graduates with career readiness coaching and provides support where needed.
Lynn is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years in HR generalist functions. She has designed and implemented a disability inclusion project and created a sourcing pipeline of candidates with disabilities for a Walgreens Distribution Center before transitioning into consulting work in the disability inclusion environment. Lynn has also worked with the Ohio BLN affiliate, providing outreach to Ohio based businesses and sourcing individuals with disabilities across various industry sectors.
